By creating an account or using the Electfit application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Electfit. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
Electfit is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching application. The App generates suggested workout plans, meal plans, body-fat estimates, and tracks user-supplied data such as photographs, measurements, and food intake.
The content, plans, estimates, and recommendations provided by Electfit are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for the advice of a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, exercise program, or nutrition plan.
You acknowledge that exercise, dietary changes, and physical activity carry inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, cardiovascular events, dehydration, and adverse reactions to dietary changes. You voluntarily and knowingly assume ALL risks associated with your use of the App and any activities undertaken in reliance on its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, and discharge Electfit, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, costs, or expenses arising from or related to: (a) your use of the App; (b) any injury, illness, adverse reaction, or health complication resulting from following the App's content; (c) the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated estimates including body-fat percentage; (d) reliance on any nutritional or training information presented in the App.
Workout plans, meal plans, body composition estimates, and other suggestions are produced by automated artificial intelligence systems. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for evaluating their suitability for you and for consulting a qualified professional.
You retain ownership of photographs, measurements, and other data you submit. By submitting content you grant Electfit a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content solely to provide the App's features.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes require you to re-consent before continuing to use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties' total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Electfit is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
