We collect information you provide directly, including:
• Profile data: name, age, gender, height, weight, activity level, goal
• Health data: body-scan photographs, body-fat estimates, body measurements
• Nutrition data: food logs, barcodes, and meal photographs you submit for AI recognition (meal photographs are transmitted to our AI provider for analysis and are NOT retained on Electfit's servers)
• Progress data: weight history, measurement history, and your body-scan photographs used to compare results over time
• Consent records: timestamp and version of agreements you accept
• To provide AI-generated workout plans, meal plans, and body-composition estimates
• To track your progress over time
• To improve the accuracy and quality of the App
• To comply with legal obligations
Photographs you submit for body scans and food recognition are processed by third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI). Photos may be transmitted to those providers solely for the purpose of analysis. We do not authorize third-party providers to use your photos to train their models beyond what is required to fulfill the request.
Your data is stored on servers operated by Replit (PostgreSQL database). We use industry-standard security measures, but no online service is 100% secure.
• Profile and health data: retained until you delete your account
• Consent records: retained for at least five (5) years for legal compliance
• Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion
We DO NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with:
• AI processing providers (e.g. OpenAI) to perform requested analyses
• Service providers strictly necessary to operate the App (hosting, analytics)
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account from the Profile screen at any time, which immediately and irrevocably removes your account and all associated data — including body-scan photographs, food logs, measurements, and AI-generated plans — from our active systems. Encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
Electfit is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the App you consent to such transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes require you to re-consent before continuing to use the App.
